The association Pomozi.ba launched an appeal for Nermin Ohranović (37) from Sarajevo, who is suffering from lung cancer with brain metastases. The humanitarian number 17042 was put into operation for him, 2 KM is donated by invitation, and the number is unique for all telecom operators in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
According to Pomozi.ba, he is 49,897 KM away from the chance of saving his life for the necessary therapies.
“Unfortunately, he has received numerous chemotherapies, which, unfortunately, heal one and damage the other. And it all started in 2024 after a routine abdominal surgery. This young man’s life then suddenly and completely changed. All plans stopped. Instead of thinking about the future and starting a family, he thinks about how he will secure money for the next therapy. He finds strength and comfort in little Emina, who is his greatest joy and light in difficult days. She is Amidja’s favorite and his whole world. “Let’s not let finances be an obstacle for another young life. If 25,000 of us dial the number 17042, we can collect the necessary amount together. It’s a little bit for us, but it means the world to Nermin,” it said Klix.
