Heavy rains caused floods, landslides and large destruction in Hajber-Pahtunhva Provinces, Punjab and Sind. According to the Data Management Agency (NDMA), the most victims were in Hajber-Pahtunhva (25), then in Penjab (19), while four people were killed in Sind, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir, and one person in Islamabad.
Most of the deaths were damaged due to the collapse of roofs and walls. In the city of Hyderabad, there was great floods, and the current disappearances further made it much more difficult to residents.
Authorities try to remove water from the streets, but they still face great difficulty. The torrent floods damaged houses, agricultural lands and travel infrastructure.
The Pakistanian meteorological department (PDMA) reported that the Center for Extraordinary Operations is full capacity, and local authorities and rescue services are in constant coordination.
