At the renewed trial of Fikret Hodžić and his company “Silver Malina” during the import of respirators, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina was changed today by qualifying charges as extended crimes of money laundering and abuse.
MR. GERMIN PAŠIĆ said the indictment was amended in accordance with the first instance verdict.
He read the amended indictment after the evidence was completed by accepting the presented evidence in the first instance proceedings. At the hearing, according to the defense proposal, the comparison of the first instance verdict, indictment and the minutes of the Hodžić’s hearing in the investigation.
The defense counsel Mirna Avdibegović tried to show the documents to show that Hodžić was not accused of abusing the position he was found guilty.
“If we look at the test record, we see that there is no legal qualification, nor in the factual description did not put it,” the defense counsel said.

The accused Hodžić called on the prosecutor to expel from the indictment part for which he was finally acquitted and the other accused.
“He wouldn’t have anything to leave,” Hodzic said.
The prosecutor finally read the amended indictment and “Silver Malin” charges that they committed the works with the former Prime Minister of the Federal Novilić and the former director of the Federal Civil Protection Administration Fahrudin Solakom.
The trial of Hodžić was renovated before the Appellate Council after the Constitutional Court revoked the verdict sentenced to five years in prison for abuses when procuring the respirator 2020. years.
The same judgment, Novalić was sentenced to four, and Solak for six years in prison, while the former Federal Minister of Finance Jelka Milicevic was acquitted for unscrupulous work in the service.
