Ušakov: We only talk to Americans, a bilateral meeting
Upon arrival in Saudi capital, Ušakova said, he said that the talks on Ukraine would be exclusively bilateral.
“We came to negotiate only with American colleagues. The main thing is to start the real normalization of the relationship between us and Washington,” Ushakov said.
“These are bilateral conversations, clean bilateral. There may be no trillateral conversations in Riyadh.”
