From 20. to 22. June 2025, the Football Club Ljubuski organized another edition of Ljubuski Cup, the children’s tournament in the categories U8 and U10.
They participated 34 Teams from BiH and CroatiaIn three days, the Babovac became a place where the game is intertwined, winding, socializing and the most important thing – a sports spirit.
It was played with a lot of energy, cheered at heart, and between matches – grill, laugh, folded new friends. Some first stood in front of the audience, some stabbed the first goals, and everyone went home with at least one new story.
From the club say that it was just a goal – enable children rich experience, a lot of games, But also the moments in which he learns and how to win and how to give a hand after the defeat. Because sports, they say, is not just a competition – he is also a lesson on patience, respect and humanity.
It is up to us adults to take them – First like people, then just like athletes. And that’s why these days mean much more than the results themselves.

What is not seen in Tables are moments in front of the stadium, where the parents hung out, exchanged the stories from the training, advice … children’s tournaments are not only the children – they show how much Sport means everyone which follow them, support and grow with them.
