Chief of European diplomacy Kaja Kallas told reporters on Monday, before the Ministerial Meeting in Brussels, that he would visit the United States on Tuesday to meet with State Secretary Marco Rubi and discussed the efforts to end the Russian-Ukrainian war.
The Kallas statement comes after the American and Russian delegation met in Saudi Arabia on the 18th. February for discussion of the end of the war in Ukraine. Neither Ukraine nor the European Union were invited to participate.
Kallas pointed out that no agreement regarding Ukraine or Evop cannot function without their participation. She was added to plan to discuss “these and other issues” with Rubi and other American officials.
Responding to the fact that US President Donald Trump condemned Ukrainian President Volodimir as a “dictator”, Kallas noticed that, unlike Ukraine, Russia did not have an honest election of 25 years.
Kallas also suggested that “messages coming from the USA.” The elections in Ukraine suggest that “Russian narratives are very strongly represented,” Reuters reports.
