In the USRC hall “Midhad Hujdur Huka” last night was held a common iftar for all the stations and friends organized by the city of Mostar, and within the event “Ramadan in Mostar”.
This event, which has already been traditionally organized each year, gathered a large number of citizens, creating such an opportunity for a common prayer, post and interconnection.
IFTAR organizers expressed gratitude to all the well-meaning people who attended, as well as everyone who enabled their contribution to the realization of this significant event. They especially thank Volunteers, partners and all institutions that supported the event.
President of the City Council of the City of Mostar Gian Rahimic, which he pointed out present:
– I suggest sincere cards with a great organizational team that from year to year in a rich way ennobles the very event itself and the streets of our city. Ramadan, and especially the last third of Mubark Moon and common iftari, are the opportunity to send messages of community, openness and forgiveness. Thank you to our fellow citizens who came and honored us with your presence in IFTAR – Salčin said.
He also emphasized that the city of Mostar, through the budget for 2025. year, provided funds for this already a regional recognizable manifestation “Ramadan in Mostar”.
– And we will also persevere in the years in front of us, in order to continue tradition and even more powerful to our city – added the President of the City Council.
The “Ramadan in Mostar” event is increasingly contributing to the strengthening of community, tolerance and understanding among the citizens of different religious and cultural backgrounds, making Mostar even more beautiful place to live.
