The Iranian army has threatened to respond if the United States continues the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.
This message comes from a statement from the command center of Iran’s armed forces, which was carried by numerous state media, including the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC)-affiliated Tasnim news agency.
The statement said that if the US military continues its “siege, banditry and piracy at sea” in the region, it “will face a response” from the Iranian armed forces.
We remind you that the United States of America intercepted several ships after it imposed a blockade on maritime traffic entering and leaving Iranian ports on April 13.
