Biden, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer last month, rejected those charges.
In the statement, he said that he personally brought all political decisions during his administration, including executive orders, pardon and legal acts.
“Every suggestion that I’m not funny and false,” the former president said.
His team announced that the use of an automatic pencil was established legal practice after the adoption of presidential decisions.
