Financies for acting contrary to the provisions of the Rulebook, depending on the type of offense, for legal entities amount to 500 km to 5,000 KM, while fines for responsible persons in the legal entity range from 300 km to 1,000 KM.
A fine in the amount of 500 KM to 2,500 KM will be punished and the beneficiary of the space, ie the place in which the smoking is prohibited, as well as the person in charge of the operations of the catering facility, which failed to perform the prescribed actions.
Therefore, all entities in the area of Zenica-Doboj Canton refer to the specified law and the Ordinance to harmonize their operations with the law and other implementing acts.
