The Cantonal Administration for Inspection Affairs of Zenica-Doboj Canton informed legal and natural persons that the cantonal market-tourist-catering inspectors in the coming period will enhance inspection supervision over the application of pricing decisions.
The special focus will be on the decision to prescribe the measures of immediate price control, which limits the height of the margin for oil derivatives. The maximum wholesale margin is 0.06 KM per liter, while for retail is limited to 0.25 KM per liter. Also, inspectors will conduct the implementation of the decision to control the prices of basic food products, which is limited by the wholesale margin for flour, bakery products and milk, while retailing a maximum margin of 10%.
Inventures in retail and wholesale, the invitation has been addressed to harmonize their operations with the prescribed measures, with a warning that any identified irregularity will be sanctioned. The penalties for misdemeanors range from 6,000 to 30,000 KM for legal entities, from 1,000 to 3,000 KM for responsible persons within the legal entity, and from 1,000 to 2,000 KM for natural persons.
