This amendment enables the extension of the deadline for submitting a request for reprogramming of debt sports collectives in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the reasons for the adoption of the law, it was stated that the Government of the Federation of BiH and the Federal Ministry of Cultation and Sports of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued the Law on Collection and Partial Sports of Sports Collectives 2014. year, and that after that, amending Article 1. Law, enabled the extension of the deadline for submitting a debt reprogramm. Thanks to these amendments, sports collectives are allowed to obtain a certificate from the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH that the debt reprogramm is signed, which is a condition for fulfilling licensing conditions.
In the explanation, it is particularly important to emphasize that they are in an extremely difficult situation clubs and federations that have the capacity to compete in European competitions, and this is conditioned by the licensing procedures where the financial criterion is imperatively set. These conditions are defined by UEFE, FIFE, FIBE, as well as other international associations organized and given licenses for European competitions. The adoption of the amendment to this Law would enable the continuation of sports collectives and clubs, and obtaining licenses for participation in international competitions, as well as representation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in international associations.
