Avdić reached the new best time in the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the international swimming meeting in Rijeka, where she achieved a result of 2:01.42.
With this result, Avdić improved the previous national record, which was owned by Landa Pudar, by half a second, which further confirms the quality of her performance.
As many as 650 swimmers from 10 countries took part in the prestigious meeting in Rijeka, and Avdić managed to win third place in the senior competition.
Let us remind you that in September of last year Iman Avdić decided to continue her sports and academic career in the United States of America.
Nevertheless, the young swimmer continues to perform under the flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina, for which she will continue to record performances at major international competitions.
