The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) held a two-day session in Trebinje where, among other things, it made a decision on the appointment of holders of judicial functions in BiH.
At the level of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ćazim Serhatlić was appointed to the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the following were appointed:
- Slavica Džaferović, to the position of judge of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
- Lejla Kurtanović, to the position of judge of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
- Dijana Križanac-Brezar, to the position of prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton;
- Almir Čankušić, to the position of prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton
- Emira Muhibić, to the position of prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton
- Selma Bogunić, to the position of Prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton
- Ahmer Škrijelj, to the position of prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton
- Srđan Ćosović, to the position of prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton
- Edib Sikira, to the position of prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton
- Mirna Habibija-Sultanić, to the position of prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.
At the level of Republika Srpska, the following were appointed:
- Binamir Šakić, to the position of prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Doboj
- Alem Bradarić, to the position of prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Doboj
- Smiljana Ristić, to the position of prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Bijeljina
- Aleksandar Mlađenović, to the position of prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Bijeljina
- Dušica Radovanović Grubač, to the position of prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Bijeljina.
When making the Decision on the appointment, the HJPC BiH took into account criteria such as: professional knowledge, work experience and work results, professional abilities based on past career results, the ability to impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively and responsibly perform duties within the function for which he is applying, relations with work colleagues, behavior outside work, professional impartiality and reputation, and experience in managerial positions, writes Klix.
