British officials held talks with representatives of about twenty countries, mostly European Commonwealth, interested in contributing to the so-called “leadership ‘to the support of Ukraine, the British official said on Thursday.
Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced on Sunday that the United Kingdom, France and other countries would form a coalition to make plans to support Ukraine in the event of a peace agreement for the end of the Russian War.
The official did not want to discover which other countries showed interest in providing support, but said, “This shows the willingness of the willing to meet and desire a series of different countries to play their role”.
