This law increases the protection of victims, ensures that women who are not part of the marital community are protected, that children, if they reside in the room during the act of violence, are recognized as victims of violence, but it is also introduced by an item such as risk assessment.

– As for this law, as adopted, it is almost aligned with the Istanbul Convention, ie international standards.
This means that in practice it should function in a way that is scheduled, and a large number of initiatives and our proposals proposal proposed to have been adopted by – Sendić said.
Risk assessment
Accent, she emphasized, on the prevention work of all institutions in the protection system chain.

Also, there are also psychosocial analysis of violators in the family, which includes the profile of violators, but emergency protection measures such as distance from the apartment and home, prohibition of approximation of victims and children, prohibition of communication.
For the offenders of measures, instead of previous fines, which amounted to 500 to 1,500 KM, a prison measure is also planned.
