Local groups on social networks published photos and a video showing a plume of smoke from the area where the plant is located, Ukrainska Pravda reports.
“As a result of the air attack, there were explosions on the territory of the city of Novoshakhtinsk. According to the first reports, there are no deaths or injuries. The information is being confirmed. The emergency services are currently on the scene and the fire is being extinguished,” said Governor Jurij Sljusar.
