Explained what the amended Rulebook on the application of the Law on VAT will mean

From the Indirect Taxation Administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina (UIO BiH), they said 6. Augusta would enter into force the Ordinance on the implementation of the Law on VAT, which were adopted in April.

As they pointed out, amendments have been introduced important clarifications and facilitations in the application of VAT regulations, and key newspapers refer to:

Involvement of the purchase of special tools used in the production process in the undercuts;

Exclusion of exchanging electricity delivery from renewable energy sources (RES) by small manufacturers – VAT options;

A more flexible procedure in inventory;

More precisely defining the gift of small value;

Special services of taxation of electronically delivered services;

Defining the tax base in the turnover of services referred to in a member of the VAT and the basis in mutual delivery of electricity from RES between VAT taxpayers and small manufacturers – unobedniaers;

Redefining Article 54. The Ordinance, which is related to VAT refunds in accordance with Article 29 of the Law on VAT (mission of diplomatic-consular missions and international organizations, members of the family members and services in international projects);

Redefining Article 68 of the Ordinance, related to the deduction of input VAT for permanent assets procured before enrollment in the Register of VAT taxpayers;

Complete definition of the concept of cooperance at a special scheme in construction;

Redefining the right to the VAT refund related to the amount of the passengers, including the increase in the total value of the goods expressed on the Form of VAT-SL-2 (from the current 100 km in 200 km);

New VAT-SL 2 form and CD VAT 1 m form and other modifications, writes Clix.
