Turkey is mobilizing “all its means” to restore peace, stability and revive dialogue and diplomacy, he added.
Erdogan expressed his solidarity with the people of the countries who are spending Eid al-Fitr in sorrow and pain, especially with the people of Gaza.
“I believe that we will overcome this difficult period in our region very quickly by supporting each other, with hope, patience and resilience,” Erdogan said.
“As the Islamic world, we are again trying to overcome a path full of obstacles, traps and intrigues,” he underlined.
Touching on other regional conflicts, Erdogan said Turkey’s efforts helped achieve a pause in the fighting between Pakistan and Afghanistan during Eid, hoping the truce would become permanent.
