The days of the weekend are in front of you, which brings increased traffic intensity across the country, on the approaches to larger cities, according to tourist destinations and border crossings.
By improving weather conditions, the traffic situation on most roads in Bosnia and Herzegovina is more favorable. The August is mostly dry or wet, and the roads are mostly passable.
They are possible stalls at the places of execution of works, but also because of traffic accidents with lower material damage. Since the August is still slippery on individual shares, we appeal to drivers to drive, but also speed adjusted to current road conditions.
The works are current on the shareway positions, as well as on the main roads: Zenica-Žepče (Topčić Polje), Ustikolina-Goražde (Mravinjac), Sarajevo-Pale, Vrhpelje-Key, Lead-Semizovac and Jablanica-window.
At border crossings, there is occasionally enhanced traffic frequency, but passenger vehicles, for now are not waiting for more than 30 minutes to cross the border. The Brčko border crossing is open for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons.
Traffic for vehicles for vehicles over 5 tons of the largest weight allowed on the border crossing of Karakaj (near Zvornik) is prohibited.
Trucks over 5 t are redirected to the border crossings of Bratunac or Rač, while buses can use GP Šepak.
Trucks can run on GP Šepak from 09 to 13 hours and from 22 to 06 hours (on weekends can go to the period from 22 to 06 hours).
