To submit a request for assistance to the students of the lower property
Secondary education Municipality of Doboj South for school 2024/2025
And
The subject of the public announcement is the approval of the financial assistance to the students of the Simple Property State of the Municipality of Doboj South for the School 2024/2025.
II
Funds for the implementation of this public announcement were determined in the Budget of the Municipality of Doboj South for 2025, position 614234/3, in the amount of 3,200.00 KM.
III
The right to assistance to the students of the Sifting Property Status from the Municipality of Doboj South for the SUPPLIC 2024/2025 shall have assistance or scholarship on the second grounds or from another donor, the student or the superiority has a reported residence in the municipality of Doboj Jug. One student from one family household can be a beneficiary to help students with the lesser’s property of secondary education from the area of Doboj South for the school 2024/2025.

The aid of assistance will be performed in 8 (eight) of equal monthly installments in the amount of 80.00 KM.

In addition to the general terms and conditions for the exercise of the right to assistance to the students of the lower asset situation from the Municipality of Doboj South for the school 2024/2025 listed in Article III. This public announcement, special criteria for the choice of beneficiaries, as follows:
- Unemployment of family household members, employment and other income (PIO / Mio, economic and agricultural activity, ravages in the field of borage and social and social protection),
- Number of household members,
- Health condition of students and family household members,
- Degree of disability of students and family household members who do not receive compensation on the basis of the same.
- A student who has determined the percentage of disability of at least 60% of physical damage, which does not exercise a compensation on the basis of the same may exercise the right to financial assistance regardless of the income of family household members.
- The student without one or both parents belongs to the right regardless of the income of family household members.

Advantage in choosing a student’s weak property, who meet the terms of Article III. This public announcement have students attending schools for deficient occupations: plumber, driver of motor vehicles, electrician, CNC operator and construction technician.
Family household members are the narrower members of the family, and it: parents of students or adopters or ages, siblings.

Interested candidates accompany the following evidence with the application:
a) certificate of enrollment of school class in the school 2024/2025;
b) ID card for parents, adopters or ages of students who have a residence in the Municipality of Doboj South for inspection on the basis of which the official note is made in the service
c) certificate of residence for students and parents, adopters or ages of students who have residence in the municipality of Doboj South;
d) certified home list;
e) Convidence or other proof of the average income for the last three months for each adult household from the home list indicated in the income statement (for unemployment for employment bureau and persons who are not recorded on the records of the Health Booklet Bureau).
f) assurance of the revenues of household members – the Tax Administration;
g) Medical documentation in cases where a student or a household member has more severe disease;
h) Status from the mother referred to the children of the children without one or both parents
i) Finding the competent medical commission on assessing the degree of disability in cases where a student or household member has a disability identified;
j) certified statement not to receive assistance or scholarship on another basis or from another donor. Students attending school for deficient occupations listed in Article VI. This public announcement for the advantage of the choice of beneficiaries to help can be provided by proof (certificate or certificate) for that type of education.
VIII
In accordance with the issued public advertisement, the Commission appointed by the Municipal Municipality of Doboj South, will be inspected by the student’s socialization of the secondary schools of lower-incision through obtaining the other necessary documentation ex officio by the administrative bodies Municipalities Doboj South. Based on the established factual situation by submitted documentation by the applicant and ex officio, the Commission shall consist of a preliminary ranking list that is obliged to point out on the notice board of the municipality,
and after the expiration of the Deadline for 8 days / make the final ranking list that will be prominent after the consent of the Municipal Chief of the Municipality of Doboj South.
IX
The aid was concluded on the aid that determines the rights and obligations of the Contracting Parties in detail. On behalf of the Municipality of Doboj South, the contract concludes the Municipal Chief.

Applications in the public announcement with the necessary documentation, candidates shall submit to civil protection services, general administration and joint jobs through the Municipality of Doboj South Protocol.
The public announcement remains open 15 days from the day of its publication.
Incomplete, untimely and messy applications will not be considered.
