BiH citizens collected a huge amount based on personal cards paid for at a price that was not justified.
About three million people of BiH have a personal card, and, if we take that each of them is damaged only for the brand, we come to a million amount.
The story of overprolling personal cards is not from today, because there has been a long time, but the competent, it seems, they don’t want to move with your finger to make the injustice corrected.
The exception is the director of the Agency for the identification documents, records and exchange of BiH data (IDDEEA) Almir Badnjević, which has already indicated this problem several times.
He stated a few days ago, in the Klix statement, that the price of IDs should be lower because citizens do not receive the service they should receive, which, among other things, is reflected in the digital certificate.
In consumer protection associations, the state reminds that the state responds expressly when new imaments should be introduced, while it is “sleepy” when decreasing prices.
Murisa Marić, Executive Director of the Association of Citizens Don Prijedor, says that, obviously, this problem is not interested in anyone.
“The price of replacing or removing the first ID card is really high. Who is that will start a process to reduce the price of the ID”, Marić’s Pita asked for “independent newspapers.
It points out that the competent do not ask anyone when prices should be raised.
“But when to arrange for the price of the ID card, it doesn’t go,” Marić said.
Marin Bago, President of the Association of Consumer “Futura” from Mostar, which is in the profession, says that, how familiar to Iddee, they did digitization, and offered free applications to all cities and municipalities in BiH.
“If they take that free application, it means that all the information cards should be just taken by citizens and that is drastic.
He is unknown, he says, why cities and municipalities do not implement these and adds that we are late for the minimum for 20 years.
“It is indeed incomprehensible – when the cities and municipalities get it on the plate, why they don’t start to do so, that we have a reduction in the budgets and we want it to return to us through education, health, culture and so on,” Bago emphasized.
Badnjević, at the end of last year, has confirmed that the full price of personal tickets have been calculated in BiH, although they do not contain everything they were in fact, and explained that it was a free electronic signature, which has not yet come to life on personal cards.
According to the IDEEA site, BiH citizens have 3,058,338 applicable ID cards, writing Independent newspapers.
