In the presence of numerous professors and students, the Day of Mixed High School Tešanj was solemnly celebrated – a holiday of knowledge, creativity and togetherness.
This special opportunity was used to review the achieved results, but also to present a rich cultural and artistic program through which the students showed their talent and creativity.
Bosnian language and literature professors Lejla Ćerimagić and Aida Kršić are responsible for the organization and design of this year’s event, who successfully combined tradition and modernity with the program. Student Lejla Hajrić guided the participants through the program.
In his opening address, assistant director Mujo Zeničanin emphasized the outstanding results of the students at the competitions, stressing the importance of continuous work and education.
Music and folklore performances made a special contribution to the festivities. The voices of Minela Mudrov and Atif Žika with the song “The star chases the moon”, as well as the performances of the folklore section with “Tuzlan games” and “Spleto igare”, reminded of the importance of preserving tradition and identity.
The drama section also left a great impression with the performance of the play “The Last Word of Hasan Kaimija”, in which students Eldar, Anid, Kenan, Abdullah, Elmas, Mirnes, Ajna, Aldijana and Zerina brought a powerful story about truth and human destiny.
The festive program ended with a joint performance of the song “Iznad Tešnja”, with a message of togetherness and optimism for new successes.
