A cargo ship was hit by two unidentified missiles in the Gulf of Oman, the British agency UKMTO announced.
It is about an incident from a week ago that was only announced today.
UKMTO states that the application was registered on April 7.
A fire broke out on the ship, and assistance was provided by a Pakistani warship, according to UKMTO.
The attack occurred about 112 nautical miles southeast of Cape Ras Al Hadd in Oman, the Platform X statement added.
