British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said on Monday that, regardless of pressure, Britain will not be drawn into a war with Iran and that it does not support the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.
Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live, Starmer said it was crucial to reopen the strait.
– In my opinion, it is crucial that the strait is opened and that it is fully open, and that is where we have focused all our efforts in recent days and we will continue to do so – said Starmer.
