For the first time, all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina have the ability to free download mobile applications, which is now available on Apple Store, Google Play and other platforms.
The application allows citizens, which activated their free qualified electronic signature in one of the RA edit, instant activation and use of numerous services.
Among the main functionality of the e-IDDEEA application, qualified electronic signature, insight into personal data, monitoring of personal documents, reviews for individuals and legal entities, review of registered vehicles.
The Minister of Civil Affairs, Dubravka Bosniak, was among the first to take over the application and called all citizens to do the same, emphasizing the importance of digitization in the improvement of the services and quality of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On that occasion, a working meeting was held where the Director Badnjević Minister informed the current activities of the Agency, with a special emphasis on the development and implementation of this mobile application.
“This step represents significant progress in the digitization of services and will enable citizens faster, safer and simpler access to all services,” said Minister Bošnjak, emphasizing the importance of digital transformation in the advancement of public administration.
