According to Italian media, the traffic police patrol from Mondovi recently, during routine control at the Rio Ghidone Est, in the municipality of Foso, stopped a suspicious van. The driver showed the driver’s license from Bosnia and Herzegovina, but their attention attracted what his physical description did not match data on the document.
After that, the man was detained in the Kuna police administration for more detailed verification. The biometric analysis was determined that it was a person who has used false identities several times in order to avoid arrest.
Police confirmed that there were already a number of criminal charges against him due to theft and robbery committed in Piedmont and other parts of Italy. It was also found that the warrant was announced for the non-execution of the measure of custody, which previously issued the court in Turin.
He was arrested in Cherioldo in Kune, and except for the previous works, now he is also facing the new charges for illegal stay and use of counterfeit identification documents.
