Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Denis Bećirović gave a meeting with the ambassadors of the Member States of the Board of Directors of the PIC and the Commander of the EUFOR and the NATO Association.
As stated in the Communication of the Presidency of BiH, during the meeting were discussed on the most dangerous stroke on the Foundations of the Dayton Peace Agreement and the Constitutional Order of BiH directed by Milorad Dodik and his followers.
Bećirović warned that we witness extremely aggressive strikes on the constitutional order of BiH.
“The rule of law is the foundation of a democratic society, in which there may not be untouchable individuals, and that court decisions must be respected. The judicial system is the pillar of each democratic state and its independence and integrity must remain unquestionable. There are strong domestic and international mechanisms for the protection of the state of BiH, peace and safety. The adventure policy of the demolition policy of the Dayton Peace Agreement may cause unforeseeable consequences in the country and the region. The unilateral decisions of the National Assembly of the RS, according to the dictate of Milorad Dodik, are attacking peace, security and the state of BiH, “Bećirović said.
All participants in the meeting showed a unique position on the causes of the current crisis and emphasized the importance of unity of all international actors and joint action in ensuring the full respect for the Dayton Peace Agreement and the BiH Constitution.

Bećirović once again pointed out the fact that the international community has a clear mandate and all the necessary mechanisms to stop antidethylon and anti-detachable policies.
BiH citizens expect the international community to show the determination to protect the Dayton Peace Agreement and the legal order of BiH.
“In that sense, it should be ready for the engagement of strong military forces in BiH, especially in strategically important locations. Threats to institutions and the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina could have serious implications at the status of Brčko District, “said Bećirović.
In this context, the statement of the Supervisor for Brčko Louis Crishock, who warned that the endangering of the constitutional order of BiH and its institutions could lead to a review of the final arbitration decision.
