The current champion of the Netherlands is facing a serious health challenge after confirming that one PSV football player is infected with tuberculosis. It is a 36-year-old Spanish attacker Lucas Perez, who recently arrived as a free player.
The Eindhoven Club said the infection was discovered on Tuesday evening and that all necessary measures were immediately taken immediately. Perez was immediately placed in isolation, and all his contacts within the club, including BH. Footballer Esmira Bajraktarević will have to undergo multiple tests in the coming days.

Tuberculosis is a contagious bacterial disease that usually intervects the lungs, and treatment with antibiotics can take up to six months. Although it is cured, it often leaves long-term consequences, especially in athletes. Currently, it is completely uncertain whether Perez will be able to continue his career after recovery.
The club hopes that the reaction was fast enough and that the rest of the team is not at risk. However, the entire collective will be under health supervision, and UEFA was informed due to possible consequences for the European match of the PSV.
