Former celebrated Argentine striker Martin Palermo did not spare words of praise for Inter Milan star Lautaro Martinez. In an interview with the Argentinian podcast Clank!, the former Boca Juniors ace said that for him Lautaro is currently the best striker in Europe.
Palermo is fascinated by the way Martinez combines strength and constant hunger for goals with technical acumen and team work.
According to Palermo, the Inter captain is not just a classic executioner, but a player who goes deep for the ball, participates in the creation of the attack and spreads the play before darting into the penalty area.
