Organized by the Association of Children with Difficulties in the Development of “Smile” Tešanj and the Center for Children and Adults with the Special Needs of ZDK in Tešnji was held a round table: “the importance of early growth and development and parents in the field of Dough, Usor And Doboj – Juga.
According to the data from the “Smile” Association, the Health Center and the Center for Children and Adults, and the Special Needs of the Field, Tešanj is one of the local communities in the ZDK where significant increase in children with disabilities.
We organized our parents in the Association with the desire to try to provide enough professional resources to support children and families that need in the local community. In addition, our desire is to work on raising awareness in parents to detect difficulties for earlier age development if there are significantly increasing the chances of ensuring their better and safer future.
Sologets are very useful and I believe that today we will detect all important facts from which our children’s future depends. We thank you for the cooperation between Tešanj and all other institutions and organizations that we will move on to the words soon and go with concrete problem solving, Adnan Spahić, president of the expertise of a smile from the pastry.
The association was founded last year and currently has about 50 members, and 20 friends.
Data from the Early Growth Center and the Health Center Tešanj, and the wounds of the Center for Children and Adults with the Special Needs of the CPC indicate that a lot of more families are in a much more families that are the challenges of raising children with children with Development difficulties.
In the Health Center, treatments for 26 beneficiaries are currently provided, while in the Department of Early Encouraging Development and Early Intervention, Tešanj belongs to the municipality where after the city of Zenica, the most demands for monitoring and assessing children with disabilities by international classification. Out of a total of 370 received requests in the area of ZDK, 87 is 87.
I am afraid that we are still not aware of the importance of strengthening the capacity of early growth and development in local communities and therefore parents meet the lack of professional staff, institutions and organizations that can and should be supported. Our experiences from the potent are positive, because we have established good cooperation with the Association of Parents, the Health Center and the Municipality of Tešanj, which is our great support, but also with businessmen who are willing to support specific projects.
In this sphere, no one may be competition, parents, authorities, public and non-governmental organizations must cooperate closely in order to in as a better extent to the support of persons in need, ERNAD METAJ, director of the Center for Children and Adults with the special needs of ZDK.
From the preschool institutions, they pointed out that the significant increase in children with disabilities is noticeable. In cooperation with the Center for Children, screenshots were made in kindergartens and has shown that in some percentage of children with developing difficulties, 20 percent exceed.
The parents sent a message from today’s round table a message on the need to strengthen the system support system with disabilities and their families. The parent’s wish is to first professionally and spatially washed the business unit Tešanj as part of the parents would not have to continue to go to other cities and cantons in search of necessary services. From the Municipality of Tešanj is expected to continue the working group to collect relevant data on real needs and therefore offer appropriate solutions.
