Sports, especially representative, has countless benefits for the whole society. These young people develop themselves in every way, their local communities, but also their state. Nihada Hodžić, Taekwondo club – Academy Tešanj
Nihada first performed for the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina five years ago. He is currently preparing for the qualifications in the Olympics. Plans to enroll in the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education.
I’m Nihada Hodzic and my interest in sports came when I was little, eight years ago. Taekwondo attracted me for being a martial sport and I just felt it was a thing for me and I didn’t make a mistake.
My trip developed quite well because I had a coach and my parents who supported me and that there were nothing I would certainly scored anything.
My first appearance was 2017. in Zenica. Then I lost my opponent who isn’t coaching at the moment now, but here I was another. How was the first competition, there was a tremon, but it’s good.
For the national team, I first performed 2020. year when he was a ge tournament in Bosnia. Then I won one struggle, and the other lost and I won the third place.
I performed at the U21 European Championship. I was at the European Team Championship in Bulgaria. I performed on various ge tournaments, such as in Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Macedonia.
My first representation performance was a special experience, because I started realizing my dreams then.
My future plans are currently collecting points for the Olympic ranking list. I fight for qualification at the Olympics, and I hope for the best.
I plan to enroll in the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education.
Mehmedović Omer, Taekwondo Club – Academy Tešanj
For five years, the color of Bosnia and Herzegovina is defending. It plans to enroll at the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education. It is planned to deal with Taekwondo professionally.
I am Mehmedović Omer I perform for Taekwondo Academy Tešanj. I have been a national team for the fifth year. I started to train with 4 years and I have been training for 12 years. The father was in 2012. He founded a club and as his only son, I was introduced to that sport. I have a sister that is with me and she is my role model. We all family love sports and taekwondo. My first performance was in 2013. year when the club was established. It was in Derventa and I lost my first time.
Losing in life means good to handle defeat and the next competition get better. Don’t give up. Being a representative is too good feeling. Of this many people in BiH, perform for the national team and be the first on the state championship is extraordinary. I performed at the European Championship 2020. In his first cadet year. I performed at the Balkan Championship in 2024, where I won first place. Also, I also performed at Slovenia Open 2022 and won second place.
I am the second grade of construction school and I try to be a better student. However, I do not plan to continue with that direction, I focused on enrolling in the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education. Love for Taekwondou remains and I plan to deal with them professionally.
Nail Alić, Taekwondo Club – Academy Tešanj
Sanja’s performance at the Olympics. It is planned to enroll in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and continue training Taekwondo and performances for the national team.
I am Nail Alic, I have been a member of Taekwondo Club Tešanj and I would represent the BiH. I started training in 2016. year when I was seven years old, and I deal with this sport nine years. I chose Taekwondo for fighting. My father reluctantly brought me to the first training, but after that, I fell in love with that sport.
World Cup in the 2022 year. Years held in Sofia. I achieved a fifth place of 42 representatives from different countries. Full hall and support created one indescribable experience.
Every night I dream of going to another World Cup and even the Olympics, if God yes.
I am currently going to an electrical engineering school. My goal is to complete the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. I hope to continue with Taekwondom. I plan to go to Sarajevo and train with other clubs, of course, representing his academy of Tešanj and the national team.
Cyres Muminovic, OKK Zenica
The love of basketball gained in a difficulty. The goal is to perform for the Senior national team of BiH. Plans to enroll in the Faculty of Medicine.
I’m Cyrus Muminovic from the Dough, I’m playing a basketball, train in the club KMK Zenica and I played for the BiH national team. I played for pioneering, cadet and junior selection.
I started training basketball in a strife near the coach of the Nusret. In Sec Basket Plus. I started my basketball career here and developed the love of basketball. That’s where I started progressing with the players who were 3-4 years old than me and that gave me the motivation to try and be better than them. A lot of my family members love basketball, great support my parents and my grandfather.
I performed at 14 tournament in Slovenia, Montenegro, and in Turkey and Romania. My teammates are buddy and felt the connection between the team. My plans are to advance both individually and in the team and to play for the senior national team of BiH.
I am the first grade of the High Medical School, I plan to finish school and enroll in the Faculty of General Medicine.
Harun Mandžukić, Tešanj Shell Club
A strong psyche is important for shooting. BiH represented at the European Championship. The BiH shooting in BiH has a lot of space for development.
I’m Harun Mandzukic from the dog and I do shooting. I train in a Tešanj Shooting Club where I shoot from the air rifle for 5 years.
I am 19 years old. The sport itself was very interesting to me and I still remember my first trainings where I loved shooting. Here, unlike group sports, whatever happens, you are credited with yourself.
I performed at two international competitions for the national team and two European championships.
I entered the national team based on the fourth cadet and fifth junior place. There is the most important psyche in the shooting range and the winner is the one that prevails. The shooting in BiH has a lot of space to develop.
The project “and they are the future of the potent” municipality represent young and successful people. The goal is to promote both their professional and life achievements and universal values. The project wants to show that Tešanj as a local community has a bright future in which there is a lot of both young and successful people who build a society in which success is no ‘miracle’, but a rule and normal thing to which knowledge and commitment.
