The Special Department for Combating Corruption, Organized and Inter-Ministerial Crime of the Supreme Court of the FBiH (Potok) confirmed the indictment of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office against the eight men due to organized crime, drug trafficking and illicit weapons holding.
The indictment was confirmed against: Salke Husović, born in 1980. in Foča, born in 1988. in Veluš, born in 1988. in Sarajevo, born in Sarajevo, Banned in 1992. in Sarajevo, Elmedina Gabela, born 1985. in Foča, Muamer Babic, born in 1978. in Sarajevo and Haris Besic born in 1990. in Sarajevo.
“Accused are charged with in the period from September 2024. year, in the second half of February 2025, the Canton of Sarajevo and other areas of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the purpose of obtaining unsaved procurement, posture, delivery, distribution, placing into the traffic of narcotics, as well as the actions of the Procurement, posture and sale of larger amounts of firearms, ammunition and military equipment, “it said.
The accused are charged with committing criminal offenses of organized crime, unauthorized production and putting in the turnover of narcotics, and unauthorized holding of weapons and explosives.
