The Blues from Grbavica will be looking for three more points in order to stay in the race for the top of the table.
Coach Admir Adžem is aware of the challenges ahead.
“We have a demanding week ahead of us with three difficult matches – first Rudar, then the Cup against Sloboda in Tuzla, and then Velež in Grbavica. Each of them carries a special weight”, said Adžem.
Speaking about the next opponent, he emphasized the quality of the game of Prijedor.
“Miner is playing better and better from round to round. They have quality players and a recognizable style of play. However, we know our goals – we want to return from Prijedor with points,” said the Blues’ strategist.
Adžem also commented on the absence of captain Madžid Šošić, who suffered a serious knee injury in the match against Posušje.
“Unfortunately, we were left without Mažid until the end of the season. I wish him a speedy recovery. His absence certainly disturbed us, but the club reacted – reinforcements arrived in the form of Ismail, who will help us in the rest of the season,” said Adžem.
He added that the team still has a few minor injuries, but he believes that the players will give their best.
“I will distribute the minutes throughout the following games so that we have a fresher and more prepared team. I am sure that everyone will grit their teeth,” he said.
The match Rudar – Željezničar will be played on Saturday at 16:00 in Prijedor.
