German prosecutors said on Tuesday that they had arrested a Ukrainian man and a Romanian woman suspected of spying on a drone supplier in Germany on behalf of Russian intelligence.
The pair, arrested in Germany and Spain, are accused of tracking a drone supplier to Ukraine, which has been at war with Russia since a full-scale invasion began in 2022, according to German federal prosecutors.
