The Office for the Audit of Institutions in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina conducted an audit of the performance of “misdemeanor traffic procedures”, with the aim of examining the activities of institutions to ensure assumptions for efficient management of misdemeanor traffic.

“Law on Misdemeanors in the FBiH does not regulate sufficiently clearly and decisively all issues important for misdemeanor proceedings, execution of sanctions and protective measures related to traffic.
