The Ukrainian army has recently used long-range drones capable of flying up to 2,000 kilometers and carry a bomb 250 pounds, has been announced from Ukrainian air force.
The introduction of this drone is described as “the fruit of the weapon development” and a potentially breaking moment on the battlefield.
But the Ukrainian army did not reveal the number of drones in use or additional details about their maneuverability, writes Kyiv Independent.
– Russian propaganda constantly claims that there was such aircraft, but explosions in military industrial complexes, refineries and ammunition warehouses suggest the opposite – stated in the statement of Ukrainian forces.
Ukraine regularly launches long-range drones to Russian oil facilities to disrupt the fuel of the Russian army and reduce Russian energy trade revenues, which are a key source of financial efforts of Russia, but Jazeera reports.
