The General Staff of the Ukrainian Army announced that it attacked the Ryazan refinery overnight, scoring a hit and causing fires near the secondary oil processing facility.
Ukraine also attacked this refinery in a previous attack last week.
Separately, the commander of Ukraine’s drone forces, Robert Brovdi, said his units attacked the Ilski refinery the night before, AFP reports.
