Fidan pointed out that Turkey remains ready to provide all the necessary conditions for the dialogue between the two sides to continue with the goal of achieving lasting peace.
Speaking at the “TRT World Forum”, as reported by the newspaper Yeni Şafak, Fidan emphasized that Turkey is ready to organize a summit at the highest level in Istanbul, with the participation of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
“Ankara is always ready to host a dialogue that leads to peace and stability. We are ready to provide all the conditions for negotiations to continue in good faith and with mutual understanding,” said Fidan.
We remind you that the third round of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia was held on July 23, 2025 in Istanbul, also under the auspices of Turkey.
