The Special Representative of the American President Donald Trump Steve Witkoff, discovered the results of talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, held last Friday in Alaska.
WITKOFF said Putin agreed that the United States of America’s Ukraine is a strong security guarantee, which he describes as a turning point in negotiations.
According to the statements of the Special Representative, the agreement reminds Article 5. NATO, which means that in the case of attacks in Ukraine, the United States and the Allies reacted jointly.
In addition, Putin agreed within the possible peace agreement not to enter into new Ukrainian territories, which is a key element of the proposed security measures.
