The Fund for Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of the FBiH persons is continuously working on strengthening the inclusive labor market in the Federation of BiH. Through its activities and support to employers, the Fund seeks to create new opportunities for employment of people with disabilities and ensure the preservation of existing jobs.
One of the key instruments of the Fund are public calls. Two public calls are currently announced by the total value of KM 16.7 million – eight million KM were intended for new employment of persons with disabilities, while 8.7 million KM is provided for the preservation of existing jobs and professional rehabilitation. These measures of the Fund wants to encourage employers to open new and custom jobs and show that the employment of persons with disabilities is both social responsibility and the opportunity for growth and development.
These possibilities discussed the Coordination Meeting of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the professional rehabilitation and employment fund and the Federal Employment Service held in the Federation Government building. The goal of the meeting was to harmonize the activities in the preparation of the largest employment platform in the Federation of BiH – Watch yourself work “.
“We invite employers and public institutions to get involved in a joint work market in the Federation of BiH, and the job fair is the ideal platform to meet support measures, find appropriate candidates and show the willingness of investing in inclusion.
This is an opportunity for employers, institutions and the non-governmental sector to jointly show that the employment of a disability can be a profit for the entire company, Ahmet Baljić, in Sarajevo, and will gather more than a hundred employers from all over the Federation of BiH. The fair connects employers with people looking for the first job or want to change their careers.
Therefore, the Fund calls on all employers, public institutions and job seekers to engage in the Fair “Watch yourself” 6. and 7. October and jointly contributes to the creation of an inclusive labor market in the Federation of BiH.
