The Ministry of Health of the Zenica-Doboj Canton today announced two public calls for funding/co-financing of programs/projects intended for associations in the field of health in 2026: Public call for the selection of programs/projects of citizens’ associations in the field of health – malignant diseases and Public call for the selection of programs/projects of citizens’ associations in the field of health.
The planned funds that will be allocated through public calls from the Budget of the Ministry of Health for the year 2026 amount to a total of 100,000.00 KM.

The Ministry of Health invites all interested citizens’ associations registered to carry out activities in the field of health to nominate quality programs/projects that will contribute to improving the health of the population, strengthening support for sick people, and developing partnership between the public and non-governmental sectors in the field of health.
By continuously funding programs and projects of citizens’ associations, the Ministry of Health confirms its commitment to strengthening preventive activities, health promotion and providing support to associations that, through their work, make a significant contribution to the improvement of health care and the quality of life of sick people.
With these public invitations, the Ministry of Health expresses its continuous determination to strengthen the work of the association and enable the implementation of programs/projects that will contribute to the promotion of healthy lifestyles, disease prevention and improvement of the quality of life of patients and their families.
The Minister of Health, Dr. Aida Salčinović, especially points out that citizens’ associations in the field of health represent an important partner in the health system, because through education, prevention, psychosocial support and various assistance programs, they have direct contact with a large number of citizens and provide support where it is most needed.
