Iran’s Tasnim news agency wrote: “The enemy has once again received an unforgettable lesson. The rocket attack on the Dimona area once again sent a clear message: no area is safe from Iranian missiles. The enemy must surrender before it is too late.”
In the rocket attack on Dimona, 47 people were injured, who are currently undergoing hospital treatment. According to the Israeli emergency service Magen David Adom, most of the injuries were caused by shrapnel.
Among the injured is a ten-year-old boy who is in serious condition and a thirty-year-old woman who suffered injuries from glass fragments. Other injuries are minor.
Dimona is located about 13 kilometers (eight miles) from the Negev Nuclear Research Center.

Dimonu is a city in southern Israel that is home to the country’s main nuclear power plant. The Dimona facility, built in the 1960s with the help of France, is considered key to Israel’s policy of nuclear ambiguity.
It is widely believed to be producing plutonium for an undeclared nuclear weapons program, whose arsenal is estimated at 80 to 400 warheads.
