Seven conclusions have been adopted, as follows:
1. Bećirović must be involved in resolving the Council of Ministers
The Presidency of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina expresses serious concerns about the fact that the BiH Council of Ministers still has no appointed Minister of Security, which directly endangers institutional stability and security order.
We invite the member of the Presidency of BiH Denis Bećirović to resolve this blockade, as his voice was allowed to choose Borjana Krišto to the head of the Council of Ministers. Today, when he refuses to meet the legal obligation and enable the appointment of the Minister from Bosniaks, the absence of the Bećirović’s reaction, we believe in the Legal obligation. If the appointment of the Minister of Security is not in the shortest possible time it is necessary to initiate the removal of the complete Council of Ministers of BiH on the forefront with the crisp that obstructs it.
2. The European path stopped due to the vision without a vision
The vicious circle in which this is holding us “on the battery power” for the sake of armchairs costs us. The European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina is in full desert after the conditional status of the negotiator was assigned to it last year. Instead of reform laws and fulfilling conditions by the European Commission, exclusively personal interests were satisfactory. Missed chances to make openings of negotiations with the EU see in Nikšić Policies, Forte and Konaković, together with their coalition partners, HDZ and SNSD.
3. Why don’t those who ruish the constitutional order are not arrested?
I publicly ask the government at the state level: why Milorad Dodik, Nenad Stevandić and Radovan Višković, who in the months of violation of the BiH Constitution, Ignore the decisions of the Constitutional Court and are invited to secession, are still not arrested? Liability does not only lie on the judicial-police system, but also on political actors who hold most in the institutions – primarily the shots of the so-called Troika.
4. Media darkness and crisis of culture as a result of irresponsible government
So-called The Troika is responsible for the public service crisis. By uninsuring funds, the media darkness and suffocation of space for expressing public interest. The SBiH requires emergency measures to prevent the collapse of the public broadcast system and solved the issue of funding for seven national cultural institutions.
5. Strategic approach to solving the crisis in the energy sector
The Management of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina warns the Government of the Federation of BiH and Prime Minister Ninci Nikšić that it is high time to take a strategic, responsible and long-term sustainable approach to accumulated problems in the energy sector. We are witnessing absolute non-taxation when it comes to the problem of “Elektroprenosa BiH” and threats that the complete energy system will fall. At the same time from the “Elektroprivreda BiH” and the line ministry we only have silence, and behind the scenes announcement of electricity increase. This negligence is threatening the loss of state sovereignty.
6. New Commission of the SBiH for the City of Zenica
The Presidency of the SBiH unanimously appointed the new Commission of the SBiH for the city of Zenica, which will lead the master’s degree in criminal sciences Semir Shut. The composition also appointed: Ajdin Huseinspahić, Semir Pašanbegović, Amira Fejzić, Asim Čeilaković, Semir Bolić, Irfan Summer and Benjamin Kovac. The goal is to strengthen the organization, prepares for the City Assembly and a stronger political engagement in Zenica.
7. Theater in Mostar must be legally, transparently and in the service of all citizens
The party for Bosnia and Herzegovina considers that each public project, including the construction of theater in Mostar, must be realized in accordance with the law, with previously solved property-legal issues. If the land is owned by Vakuf, it must be respected. Also, the future facility must be urban, public and open to all citizens, not institutionally credited with one nation. Mostar belongs to everyone.
