Russia performed a rocket attack on the northern Ukrainian city of Sumi, the local authorities confirmed. Volodimir artjuh, the leader of the forest regional administration, he published a video of the attack in which he states that several residential buildings were damaged and one school is reported, Reuters reports.

Local ambulances announced that at least 28 people, including four children, injured in the Russian rocket attack on the Sumi.

The later data services showed that the number of wounded increased to 65, including 14 children, the Ukrainian State Prosecutor’s Office announced.
