The big job that Panathinaikos is preparing has been announced for several days. The Greek club confirmed on Friday that the new coach of the club is Rafa Benitez.
Benitez arrived in Athens on Thursday, and on Friday it was confirmed that he signed a two-year contract with the club.
The famous Spanish expert, who won the Champions League with Liverpool, became the highest paid coach in the history of Greek football.
For two years of his services, Panathinaikos will allocate four million euros.

He had the greatest successes in Liverpool and Valencia, and he also brought trophies to Inter, Chelsea, Napoli and Newcastle.
