Representatives of negotiating teams on Friday initialed the harmonized text of the new collective agreement for Mining in the FBiH in the next two years.
It is expected that the Government of the FBiH and Elektroprivreda BiH, in order to be officially signed and applied in early next week. The new collective agreement will guarantee the miners better, through linear salaries, warm meals, and the rights to regression, transportation and compensation on the occasion of the Minor Day.
– It is agreed to fee for a hot meal from 1. January this year is 20, instead of 17 KM so far, but also a linear increase in basic salaries through the growth of the base with 350 at 430 KM. From 1. January 2026. The fee for a warm meal will be 22 KM per day, and from 1. July 2026. year the lowest labor price will increase by 8.4 percent. This collective agreement guarantees that the minimum total income in the FBiH coins will, for the simplest jobs with the lowest coefficients, is 1,650 KM.
The total income of the first digger in the mining pit, in accordance with the provisions of the agreed contract, will be between 2,600 and 2,700 KM. The trade union does not hide the satisfaction with the solutions achieved, keeping in mind the mines in the mines, including Zenica in the closing phase, and others in the problems that can easily lead them to the same situation.
