The second day of the sixth edition of the Ljubuški Outdoor Festival was marked by records on the race tracks, a kayak race, the first 3×3 football tournament and a concert by Jola in Kravica.
Sixth edition Ljubuški Outdoor Festival continued on Saturday with a rich sports and entertainment program at several locations.
The second day of the festival brought exciting races, new records, the first 3×3 football tournament and an evening concert that turned the Kravica waterfall into the center of a good atmosphere.
Kayakers opened the second day of the festival
The program was opened by a memorial kayak race at 1:00 p.m “Professor Žarko Bilić” on the Trebižat river, held in memory of the late professor who left a deep mark on the sport of Ljubuška.
They won the gold in an exciting race Dino Lončar and Josip Šimić. They won the silver medal Dario Medak and Marko Nikolacwhile they took home the bronze Blago Perić and Damjan Sarac.
The Šustić sisters celebrated the “Two Waterfalls” half-marathon
Half marathon “Two Waterfalls”21.1 kilometers long, with the start at the Koćuša waterfall and the finish at Kravica, attracted competitors from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic.
The performance of the Šustić sisters from Split attracted special attention from the audience and runners. Nikoline Sustić Stanković and Nataša Šustić.
She won the women’s competition Nataša Sustića member of AK Sljeme Zagreb, over time 1:23:25breaking the five-year-old race record.
She won the second place Nikolina Sustić Stanković with time 1:26:04.

Scunasticus gathered a record 204 finishers
An hour after the half marathon, the race started from the Roman military camp Gračine “Ljubuška ten Scunasticus”10.4 kilometers long.
The race had a record this year 204 finishers.
The victory in the men’s competition was achieved by a new and an old record holder Ante Pokrajčić with time 34:19while she celebrated in the women’s competition Diana Manjeralo from AK Runners Livno with time 43:48.

Special awards were also given to the fastest domestic competitors and the best in the 60+ category.

The first 3×3 football tournament at LJOF
The first edition was played from 16:00 on the plateau of the Kravica waterfall parking lot football tournament 3×3 as part of the Ljubuški Outdoor Festival.
The winner of the tournament is the team Black White Sockswhich she defeated in the final Night Players as a result 6:3.
The bronze medal went to the team Bunker from Šubićevac.
Jole concluded the day in Kravica with a concert
The exciting festival day is rounded off with a concert Yo at the Kravica waterfall, which further raised the atmosphere and announced the final day of the festival.
Today is the grand finale of the festival
Sunday, May 31brings an all-day cycling program. “Climb to Vrlosinj” starts at 7:45 a.m., while the bicycle races “Stipe”40 kilometers long, and “Mara”21.1 kilometers long, start at Koćuša at 11:45 a.m.
The award ceremony is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
From 4:00 p.m. it follows 3×3 basketball tournament and the end of the soccer tournament, and the festival will officially close with the band’s concert Pancelot by the Kravice waterfalls at 9:00 p.m.
Free bus transportation on the route is still available for visitors Marko Marulić Primary School – Kravica waterfall. Departures from Ljubuški are at 15:30 and 20:00, and returns from Kravica are at 19:30 and 23:30.
