In accordance with the three-year business plan, JP Rad Tesanj successfully realized the procurement of a new JCB excavator (year 2026), which will significantly improve the performance of utility work.
It is a modern machine equipped with standard attachments for wider and narrower excavation, but also with additional equipment that enables more efficient operation in different situations. The excavator has a vibro rammer for repairing defects, a hydraulic hammer for breaking rock, as well as winter equipment that includes chains for all four drive wheels and a snow board.
The company points out that they maintain a water supply network of about 450 kilometers long, and a sewage network of about 30 kilometers, whereby approximately 650 defects are repaired annually. This is precisely why the acquisition of new machinery is a necessary and justified step, especially considering that a machine that is almost three decades old is being replaced.
This investment will significantly improve the efficiency and quality of communal services, but also increase operational readiness in emergency situations. The new vehicle will also be available to the Civil Protection Staff of Tešanj Municipality, thereby further strengthening the system of protection and security of citizens.
The total value of the investment is 226,450 KM without VAT.
Today’s presentation of the vehicle was also attended by the municipal mayor Suad Huskićwho supported further investments in the modernization of equipment and the improvement of communal services with the aim of creating a safer and more orderly environment for all citizens.
