The case, it is certain, will not receive a judicial epilogue. As the Federal Television was confirmed in the Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton, the basis of suspicion about political corruption was not determined.
Express removal of the authorities and overcomposition of the parliamentary majority in Tuzla Canton This year is a classic example of political corruption and trafficking, which accompanied by political blackmail and inappropriate pressures on individual representatives whose hand was crucial for the formation and shift of government. In the Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton, they say no final prosecutor’s decision has been made yet and that pre-investigate actions did not reveal concrete evidence of political corruption.
“We have not made the impression that all witnesses who participated in the process showed that level of cooperativity to indicate certain corrupt actions.” The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecution Tuzla Canton said.
The government and the opposition exchanged the charges by calling the express appointment of the Government weekend and the Gepek government. Due to the political corruption, they pointed the fingers to each other, and they expected all this to prosecute from the judiciary.
“I cannot believe that the procedure for changing the government in Tuzla Canton will result in no legal steps in the terms of criminal responsibility, that there was no pure criminal activities,” said Dževad Hadžić, President of the SDP Club in the Assembly of Tuzla Canton.

The Prosecution has already stated that the previous pre-investigates and the evidence collected are not sufficient for the criminal prosecution of political corruption in that case.
“It seems to me that everyone plays the game here, so when something doesn’t go for someone who was part of that game, there will be no more so much.
“I was convinced that police agencies, not just the MUP of Tuzla Canton, and some other activities that should work naturally. They now have the defest that you have any evidence that someone has done something to someone,” said Hadžić.
“It is not for the first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina that people change attitudes, leave from one political option. I wasn’t lucky, I just got out of political options,” Vujovic said.
“I can’t claim that, maybe there was some political trade in terms of some positions, promises. But corruption – I really can’t comment,” Halilagic said.
Officially, the investigation has not yet been completed. However, previous practice in the work of justice in Tuzla Canton showed their lack of interest in any way in political processes, regardless of doubts and charges of political actors who publicly accuse each other for political corruption.
